We have had a few people getting locked out of their cars and various people suggesting solutions. I do NOT know for sure this works, but I have always thought that following the manual is not a bad place to start.

All very good if your driving and not your partner or someone who hasn’t read every page of the manual. But like the Tesla what happens in an emergency like an accident. The cars on fire and you have to ring the seeker hot line on Saturday night? Do first responders know this convoluted procedure. Can the doors be opened from the inside without 12volt power. It’s happened to my ev6 twice. That’s why I carry an energy Sartre pack. Who has taught there partner/passenger what to do when you become incapacitated?? I’ve taught my wife in the ev6 how to turn the car off when I’m driving. We test it on a back road …it’s reassuring for her to know that the car won’t keep driving off into the sunset

Gary what about from the out side. Is it like the ev6 and you have to smash the window ? I have to check the geely ex2 for the same issues.
A normal interior handle would work. But like the Tesla they don’t?
