I am an old retired tech guy who has been driving Kia EV6 since 2022. I am one of those nerdy types who actually reads the manual of things (OK I know that is a bit of a sore point with many EVs – they don’t have a ‘manual’).

So when I research something I do a lot of research. I read websites from all over the world, even read paper magazines and watch lots of YouTube videos. Now my memory is still pretty good, but I do forget stuff, like that video showing the trick of double ‘clicking’ the boot close button.

So I built this website primarily for myself but thought I may as well share it with others.

In my spare time I am one of the judges for Australia’s longest running IT innovation competition, do some judging of IT competitions around Asia Pacific and also do a stack of DNA research helping people find unknown fathers. I told you I was a tad nerdy
